Classic MLA Mission

Recently we were lucky enough to receive a mission to South East Queensland from the Classic Fine Foods group. Sales managers from Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Philippines and Malaysia enjoyed 3 days of education on the Australian beef industry from paddock to plate. Master butcher Barry Lloyd from MLA spent several excellent sessions of product cutting and usage in food­service.
